Parting Whole
Parting Whole™ is for women rebuilding from the inside out after separation, breakup, or divorce.
Threaded Nurture™ pathway sessions and programs are offered through the TheraCoaching Method™, in person in Greenville, SC & online nationwide.
Begin with a Connection Call to explore how the Parting Whole™ pathway can help you strengthen your voice, clarify what you want, and make grounded choices about what comes next.
When the “we” ends… what happens to you?
A significant breakup, separation, or divorce can disrupt far more than the relationship itself. Daily rhythms change, shared plans fall away, friendships and family ties may shift, and a future once imagined together has to be reconsidered.
Even when an ending is necessary, wanted, or long overdue, there can still be grief, disorientation, and the difficult work of separating what was shared from what remains your own. Different routines, address changes, co-parenting schedules, fragmented friendships… But what often can be the hardest of it all is the identity shifts.
This Pathway Offers:
♡ Support for rebuilding a sense of self after the ending of a partnership
♡ Space for feeling guilt for leaving… or for staying as long as you did
♡ Hope for a future that is not defined by the relationship ending
♡ Guidance for dating again without repeating the same patterns
♡ Encouragement for wanting to feel “whole” or like yourself again… but not knowing where to begin
♡ Relief from carrying the pressure to have everything figured out before moving forward
♡ Strategies for navigating the ongoing relationships and responsibilities that remain after a breakup, separation, or divorce
This is not the end of your story.
You may find yourself here if you’re asking…
Who am I now?
What parts of myself got lost along the way?
What kind of life do I want to create moving forward?
Not sure this is the right pathway for you?
Explore other Threaded Nurture™ pathways and discover the one that best supports what you’re navigating.
From the end of us to the
beginning of You.
There’s a particular kind of quiet that can follow the end of a relationship— when everything has changed, but nothing fully makes sense yet. You may find yourself questioning what was real, what’s next, or even who you are now that this part of your life has come to an end. Some days feel heavy. Others feel uncertain. Underneath it all, there can be a quiet disorientation— like you’re standing in the middle of your life, but it no longer feels familiar.
Parting Whole™ creates a space for you to reconnect with yourself, to begin making sense of what you’ve been through, and to return to a place of clarity, strength, and self-trust. From there, you begin to move forward— not as who you were before, but as the woman you are becoming now.
This pathway is part of the Threaded Nurture™ Model, where you are supported as you begin to show up for yourself in new ways.
Each pathway begins with a Connection Call to determine your most aligned starting point.
It’s Time to Flip the Narrative
Parting Whole™ recognizes that a significant breakup, separation, or divorce may end a relationship, but it does not have to define what comes next. Together, we create space to release the stories that keep you stuck and strengthen the ones that help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
We’ll work together to:
Rebuild your sense of identity and begin seeing your life through a different lens, such as:
“I don’t even know who I am without him.” →
♡ “I know who I am now, and I love me.”
“My emotions run the show, especially around my ex.” →
♡ “I can be centered in chaos and calm in co-parenting and decision-making.”
“I don’t know who to trust, including myself.” →
♡ “I trust my intuition. I feel my connection to something bigger.”
“I’m scared I’ve ruined things for my kids.” →
♡ “I am modeling emotional strength and self-worth for my children.”
“I’ve lost my voice in all of this.” →
♡ “I’ve reclaimed my voice and I know how to use it.”
“I feel ashamed that my relationship didn’t last.” →
♡ “I’m not defined by this ending and don’t have to carry any shame with me.”
Embrace fresh perspective, courage, and compassion for the woman you’re becoming.
Let’s walk this next chapter together.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes. Many women come to me years after their relationship has ended because the emotional residue is still there. If you're still grieving, rebuilding, or just feeling lost in who you are now, this work meets you exactly where you are.
-
That’s okay. This program isn’t about fixing your ex or resolving legal matters— it’s about helping you stay grounded, clear, and emotionally steady while you move through a deeply disorientating time.
That said, if things feel highly escalated or you are in acute emotional distress, psychotherapy would be the better place to start. This work becomes most helpful once you’re out of the most intense phase of the conflict.
-
Yes. While this isn’t legal or custody advice, we’ll explore how to stay centered when dealing with co-parenting stress, emotional triggers, and complicated dynamics. You can learn to respond instead of react, protect your peace, and show up as the version of yourself you want your children to remember.
-
Even when you know ending the relationship was right, it doesn’t mean you’re immune to sadness, shame, or second-guessing. This coaching isn’t about assigning blame—it’s about helping you process what’s still lingering, reclaim your voice, and move forward with clarity and compassion for yourself.
