Centered Motherhood

For mothers seeking the embodiment of Centered Motherhood

leading their family from a place of strength rather than constant sacrifice.

TheraCoaching™ sessions and programs are offered in person in Greenville, SC & online nationwide.

Begin with a Connection Call to explore how the Centered Motherhood pathway can support you in returning to yourself within your role as a mother.

Welcome to a space made specifically with you in mind.

Motherhood is complex. It’s beautiful, exhausting, and at times, deeply isolating. Regardless of your current phase—raising toddlers, parenting teens, navigating special needs, or facing an empty nest—it’s easy to lose yourself in the process of caring for everyone else.

If you're here, it’s likely because something inside you is wondering how you can keep going like this.

Trust me, you're in the right place.

This isn’t therapy. It’s something different—a structured, relational process that helps you understand what’s been shaping you and begin to relate to yourself and your life in a new way.

Motherhood isn’t one-size-fits-all.

I Help Coach Moms Who:

Appear “put together” or like they’re doing “fine”

Are trying their best to co-parent without conflict

Work tirelessly to heal childhood wounds and be a parent

Are completely burned out

Parent children with special needs

‍ ‍ Feel burned out and consumed by identity loss

Are in the throes of teens, toddlers, or adults

Feel invisible at home and in their own skin

Sometimes the most sacred work is learning to mother yourself.

You may find yourself here if you’re asking…

  1. How do I stop losing myself in motherhood?

  2. How do I care for my own needs without guilt?

  3. Who am I beyond the roles I carry?

Not sure this is the right pathway for you?

Explore other Threaded Nurture pathways and discover the one that best supports what you’re navigating.

I’m here for you.

I’ve been a mom for over 22 years, and still, nothing could have fully prepared me for the emotional terrain of motherhood. (Not even decades of professional training). Each stage brings its own mix of beauty, uncertainty, and growth— but also a quiet unraveling of identity that few people talk about. I’ve lived through the sleepless nights, the silent fears, and the moments where you look around and realize you’re no longer sure who you are beyond the role of "mom." Like so many women I now support, I’ve felt invisible, overwhelmed, and unsure how to hold everything without losing myself in the process.

If you're carrying that weight— the guilt, the second-guessing, the pressure of doing it all— please know that you're not alone. You're not failing. And you don't have to keep moving through it the way you have been.

This pathway is part of the Threaded Nurture™ Model, where you are supported as you begin to show up for yourself in new ways.

Each pathway begins with a Connection Call to determine your most aligned starting point.

Come home to the mother at your center.

Centered Motherhood™ is not about becoming a perfect mother or getting every decision right. It is a space for you to reconnect with yourself beneath the expectations, responsibilities, and pressures that can pull you away from your own inner wisdom.

Together, we'll explore the places where guilt, self-sacrifice, people-pleasing, or chronic over-responsibility may be shaping your experience of motherhood and making it difficult to remain connected to yourself.

We’ll work together to:

♡ Recognize the patterns that leave you depleted, overextended, or disconnected from your own needs

♡ Strengthen your ability to make decisions from clarity rather than guilt, fear, or external pressure

♡ Create healthier boundaries while remaining deeply connected to the people you love

♡ Rebuild trust in your own voice, instincts, and maternal wisdom

♡ Develop sustainable ways to care for yourself alongside the responsibilities you carry

♡ Return to a more grounded, present, and emotionally centered experience of motherhood

You do not have to lose yourself to love well.

Many mothers have been taught that self-sacrifice is the highest expression of love.

Centered Motherhood™ offers a different perspective.

Making space for yourself is not taking anything away from the people you love. In fact, it is one of the most important ways you strengthen your capacity to show up with greater presence, clarity, intention, and emotional availability for your family.
